Echeveria 'Mensa' is a compact, rosette succulent that grows to 8 inches in diameter. The leaves range from gray-green to blue-green, taking on hues of deep pink and lavender flushing when grown in bright light. As with most Echeverias, these succulents enjoy well-draining soil. They should be watered thoroughly, then allow the soil to dry completely before the next watering. Use caution not to allow water to sit on the leaves or within the rosette, and remove dead leaves as the plant grows.
