'Chocolate Soldier' is a bushy, 'hairy' succulent that slowly grows upward, reaching up to 12 inches tall. The stem becomes 'woody' with age. These succulents require well-draining soil, and should be watered infrequently when the soil has completely dried out. Bright but indirect sunlight is best, and intense afternoon sun should be avoided. 'Chocolate Soldier' flowers in spring through summer, producing bell-shaped, furry, yellow-green with dark brown petal tip flowers.
